Shipping Time

Shipments are made after placing your order, usually within one business day after completion of payment, if made ​​through paypal or bank transfer. 

Shipments to Italy are delivered within 48-72 hours, except mishaps.

Shipments to the rest of the European Union are delivered within 3/4 working days, except mishaps. 

Deliveries will be made only on weekdays from Monday to Friday. 

The couriers will attempt 2 deliveries, after which, the parcel will be returned to the warehouse. 

Once the parcel is sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number; in this way you will be able to track the real-time shipping status of your order.
